Man of Steel, was the best Super Man movie that I have seen. I don't know why it didn't get more positive reviews. Maybe it wasn't the best movie ever, but it was a very good Super Man movie. This is another review that I'm doing too long after I've seen the movie, so I might have missed some of the important details that may have bothered me about the movie, but I do know that I came away liking the movie and that is more important. I like how they dealt with the story from Krypton to his development into Super Man. The only part that bothered me that I remembered was the fighting scenes, I feel like Super Man would have been much more accustomed to using his powers and abilities than the villains he is fighting. They seemed to be better then he was despite the whole atmosphere planetary differences. They didn't have those powers before, so they shouldn't have been so comfortable and confident with them, but maybe I'm wrong. Anyway, I liked this movie a lot and hope they make some sequels. I would give Man of Steel 3.69954321 out of 5 bluish squares, so F U (fake uniform) .
I'm reviewing this movie way too long after I saw it, so much so, I had a hard time remembering I saw it. I had high hopes for this movie, and I think that took some of it away for me. The movie was funny and I enjoyed seeing all these stars playing themselves. I think in some way it was offensive to christian beliefs, but we are all used to the demonization of religion now anyway, so it is hard to be offended anymore. I don't think it was their intention to make a statement against religion or christianity, it seemed to be more of a satire on popular culture's view of religion and celebrity. (I'm just trying to be cool right now and I know I'm not at all.) This is the End was a good and funny enough movie, it was enjoyable and I give it 3 out 5 bluish squares in the fake but real bluishhue.com rating system.
